We received an iPhone 6S to repair, the
problem is that the iPhone 6S LCD screen has no display after booting. This
iPhone 6S has been repaired once because of other problems, we need to repair
it.
Use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone 6S, and then use
DPS DC power supply to boot iPhone, the iPhone can be turned on smoothly.
Install the iPhone battery, assemble the
iPhone, press the iPhone power button to turn on iPhone through by iPhone battery,
the iPhone is turned on, but the iPhone LCD screen doesn't display.
Considering the voltage of iPhone batter is
3.6V to 4.3V, so we adjust the DPS DC power supply to the lowest value 3.6V, the result
tested is that the iPhone doesn't display after booting.
According to our repair experience, in this
case, the iPhone no display problem is caused by the low display boost.
Check iPhone schematic diagram through by WUXINJI Dongle, based on iPhone 6S schematic diagram, we
know that the iPhone display boost capacitor are C4007 and C4008.
With the help of the QUICK 861DW hot air rework station and tweezers, we remove these 2 pieces capacitors
smoothly, and then install the new capacitors.
Assemble the iPhone 6S and test it, now the
iPhone 6S displays normally after booting.
