Have your iPhone 6 Plus screen got frozen,
and won't respond to touch? Don't worry, here are some guides for fix it.
1. Power on and test it, iPhone 6 Plus has
no response when slide on screen. the touch function is lost and cannot be
activated.
2. Disassemble the iPhone with phone
opening tools, and remove the motherboard,
finding there are weld marks on NAND Flash,
as shown in picture 1-1.

3. Based on experience, we know
disconnection of pin M1 of touch process chip will cause such problems. Pin
M1’s location is shown in picture 1-2.

4. The signal name of pin M1 of touch
process chip is LCM_TO_AP_HIFA_BSYNC. Chinese name is synchronizing signal of LCD screen and touch communication. The circuit diagram of pin M1 of touch process chip
is shown in picture 1-3.

5. If LCD screen and touch process chip
cannot communicate synchronously, the touch screen definitely cannot be used.
After fixing the solder pin of M1, assemble touch process chip and then power
on. The touch function recovers. Activate it and enter system to test. The
iPhone shows blurred screen. Reboot it and it crashes when the progress bar is
going to show, as shown in picture 1-4.

6. CPU or NAND Flash faults will cause such
problems. As the iPhone has been welded before, the NAND Flash has greater
chance to have faults. Reinstall the NAND Flash to exclude the possibility of
NAND Flash pseudo soldering. But the problem is still the same. Finally,
replace the NAND Flash and root to test. It becomes normal. The damaged NAND
Flash is shown in picture 1-5.

Finally, the problem has been removed and
the iPhone 6 Plus can back to normal work.
