How to Fix iPhone 7 A10 CPU

Proceed as follows

1. Put QUICK 861DW turn the temperature to 300 degrees and Four-block wind, then we can easily remove the shield.
2. Using hot air gunto heat and remove the glue around the A10 CPU, as the picture 1-1

3. The hot air gun is open to 320 degrees and start to pry the A10. Evenly heating 40 to 60 seconds and then we can use Dual-End pry bar to pry. You should pay attention to feel when you pry it , however it is no problem for those frequently pry A8 . There is something we should know that the color of CPU baseband is yellow, just don't be think it as a flaw, as the picture 1-2

4. Add some BGASolder Flux Paste on the solder tray of mainboard, and using the residual temperature of hot air gun after pry CPU to remove the glue of mainboard solder tray, as the picture 1-3

5. Also add the BGA Solder Flux Paste to the CPU and remove glue by solder iron. You can safely use solder iron to shave because the material of glue on A10 is same to A9 which is easy to remove, as the picture 1-4

6.  Coating CPU with tin by A10 BGA Reballing Stencil, the capacitance of CPU can no be installed.
7. Put the CPU in the right position, then turned on the hot air gun with 290 degrees and we can begin to install the CPU. At this time ,we should use BGA Reballing Stancil or insulation tape to separated baseband. After heating about 30 seconds, we can see the CPU has fallen and we can stop heating, as the picture 1-5

8. After cooling the mainboard, install the screen and turn on the power, then test it, we can found that the problem was resolved and the iPhone 7 has back to normal, as the picture 1-6

How to repair iPhone 5S has no service and no IMEI?

There is no service when inserting SIM card on iPhone 5s.Is this make you feel strange? Let's find out where the problem is.

Secondly, iPhone does not show IMEI when dial *#06#. Check operator and there is China Mobile, China Telecom but no China Unicom (picture 1-2). Under normal circumstances, the three operators will show up at the same time.

Finally, China Mobile and China Telecom showing up suggests part of the signal channel circuit is normal. The trouble is in baseband CPU.  Remove the baseband CPU and Reballing Stencil on it. Reassemble it and enter system to test. IPhone has signal now and it is normal to call. Therefore, the problem of iPhone 5s was been solved.

How to fix no service and no EMEI on iPhone 6

Do you have met the iPhone 6s has no service when insert the SIM card and you have no idea what's going on. Don't worry, Vipprog can fix it.

There are IMEI, modem firmware and ICCID in “about iPhone”, but there is not IMEI when dialing *#06#. Checking PCB circuit diagram bitmap we find the testing point of RFFE1 bus is PP3170_RF and PP3171_RF. The testing point is shown in picture 1-1 and the material object is shown in picture 1-2.

After measuring the diode data of RFFE1 bus, we find the data of PP3171_RF is too large. Teardown baseband CPU to measure the diode data of pin U1 and the data is infinite. Scratch a circuit near pin U1 and connect it to pin U1 with a jump wire, as shown in picture 1-3. After placing the wire, measure the diode data of U1. The data is normal.

Power on and use an oscilloscope to measure the wave of RFFE1_DATA of PP3171_RF under the state of bare board. The wave is normal as shown in picture 1-5.

Measure the wave of RFFE1_CLK of PP3170_RF. The wave is normal as shown in picture 1-6.

Assemble the board to assembly and enter system to test. Everything is normal. The iPhone 6s has the service again.
